The story begins in the soil.
Monte Hebrón is the tobacco farm where Byron Duarte follows the leaf from its earliest stage. Nursery, transplanting, field care and curing form one continuous process guided by direct observation and respect for time.
Before a cigar has shape, the leaf must first reveal its character.

Cultivation
Each row is monitored as the plants take root and develop in the Jamastrán soil.
Field selection
Byron personally observes the growth, structure and condition of the plants.
Curing
After harvest, the leaves begin their transformation inside the curing barn.

The story of JACO Napolitano
Three stages. One singular cigar.
JACO Napolitano was born from the search for a truly different cigar within the Jaco Cigar Company portfolio. After the PCA Trade Show in July 2022, Jake Gaitán, Byron Duarte and Álvaro Villatoro began imagining a construction capable of delivering three experiences in a single smoke. Álvaro proposed the name Napolitano, inspired by the three flavors of Neapolitan ice cream.
Byron Duarte developed the requested profile and the first sample sent to Jake was approved. Officially launched in November 2022, the result is approachable for a beginner, yet complex enough to reward the experienced smoker who follows every transition.

Three profiles · One cigar
Shaggy foot
The exposed first half-inch opens with floral notes and a light spice from Honduran filler grown in Copán and Jamastrán.
Connecticut
Once the Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper begins, the profile becomes smooth and creamy.
Double wrapper
Across the final three inches, Copán Habano sungrown covers the Connecticut. Intensity rises with leather and earth.
